Glatz Management Services, Inc. specializes in personalized and professional customer service to all its association clients. Although some of the staff is assigned to specific associations on a part-time basis, our clients receive full-time support in the following five areas:

Board Governance / Administrative Oversight

Our team of experienced account executives works closely with your leadership to ensure that your leadership meetings are productive, effective and are adhering to proper board governance procedures (e.g., proper documentation of meeting minutes, filing annually with the state, collaborating on agendas, etc.).

Fiscal Management

Having a Treasurer in your organization is essential, but most volunteers are not necessarily trained to use financial management software like Quick Books let alone creating monthly reports for your Board. Glatz Management Services, Inc. will take care of reconciling all income and expenses, preparing the monthly financial statements and creating reports as requested such as individual event recaps.

Membership / Database Management & Reporting

Membership growth and retention are the foundation of an organization’s sustainability. Without members, the organization cannot exist. Glatz Management Services, Inc. works closely with the volunteer leaders charged with growing and retaining members. In addition to our wealth of knowledge using a variety of database platforms, we can create customized reports to help in making data driven decisions to target and grow an organization’s membership.

Program & Special Event Support

Whether your association meetings are as small as a group of 10-20 people gathering over lunch or breakfast or a 1,000+ gala, Glatz Management Services, Inc. has the experience and team to meet and support your programs and events.

Communications

A strong communications plan is essential. From email creation to website updates, Glatz Management Services, Inc. will play an integral role as part of your organization’s communication initiatives. From sharing information about your events, programs, etc. with your members, posting updates on social media to creating newsletters, Glatz Management Services, Inc. is engaged.

*The Glatz Management Services team has logged thousands of hours hosting Zoom meetings, conferences, special events and many other creative virtual experiences. In addition to Zoom, several of the team members have utilized other virtual software platforms that best meets the needs of the client(s) and their programming/event goals.
